Welcome to Career Development. Amy is the Elementary and Secondary Career Specialist for Independence Primary and Independence High Schools. She has been working with the School District of Independence for over 14 years. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Master's Degree in Public Administration. Amy's part-time work hours are Monday - Thursday. 

Through the Career Development program she coordinates programs, activities and events in partnership with the district, parents, teachers, community organizations and businesses in the Greater Cleveland area. Career Development provides the opportunity for life-long learning and emphasizes the importance of employability skills. The program attempts to ensure that every graduate of our schools will develop skills needed to succeed in the world of work.
